I didn’t even know that the prologue on the computer for “The Rebellion” is way behind.
I do not have a notes and commentary notebook because that is basically what I do in here and on drafts. I think it will be beautiful in lay form. The beginning of time up to Landaro’s death will be in the form of a lay. The series will be called The Stone of Light, and it will be a trilogy. I was going to do a story about the then character of Landaro in that form. The lay thing was just pulled from Tolkien’s Lays of Beleriand. And in case you are wondering, I have no idea what the significance of the stone or its use was. I had written that I was the author of that series. In my Spanish class, we wrote eulogies for ourselves as part of maybe Day of the Dead. It was the last one that I wrote before Sparks Shall Rise because I remember working on it in my junior year of high school. The Stone of Light was an old trilogy that I got pretty far on.
